AtelierPKA (“we”, “us”, or “our”) operates the mobile application Praise My Story (the “App”). This document combines our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service to help you understand how we collect, use, and protect your information, as well as the rules for using the App.

By downloading and using the App, you agree to both this Privacy Policy and these Terms of Service.

Privacy Policy

1. Information We Collect

Selfies & Generated Content When you use the App, you may upload a selfie. This image is temporarily sent to our AI provider (Replicate powered by Grok/xAI) to generate personalized Christian-themed images and short videos. After generation, the selfie is not stored long-term by us.

Prayer Generations We store records of your generated prayers (images and videos) under your anonymous user ID for up to 90 days to support the weekly prayer streak feature.

Usage Data We collect basic anonymous usage data (such as which features you use) through Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics to improve the App.

Account Information The App uses anonymous authentication through Firebase. We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, or any other personal identifiers.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To generate and display your personalized Christian-themed images and videos.

  • To maintain your weekly prayer streak.

  • To improve the App’s performance and fix bugs.

  • To process in-app purchases (credits).

3. Data Sharing

We share your selfie and prompt only temporarily with Replicate (our AI service provider) solely for the purpose of generating content. We do not sell your data. We do not share personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Data Retention

  • Temporary predictions are deleted after 24 hours.

  • Prayer generation records are automatically deleted after 90 days.

  • Selfies are not stored long-term.

5. Your Rights

You can delete your data at any time by using the “Delete My Account” feature in the Settings screen. This will remove your anonymous account and associated prayer records.

Terms of Service

1. Acceptable Use

Praise My Story is designed to help users create beautiful, faith-inspired images and videos for personal devotion, sharing, and encouragement.

You agree not to use the App to generate:

  • Harmful, hateful, or offensive content

  • Misleading or false representations of Scripture

  • Content that violates any applicable laws

2. AI-Generated Content

All images and videos are generated using artificial intelligence (Grok by xAI via Replicate).

  • Results may vary and are not guaranteed to be perfect or theologically accurate.

  • You are responsible for how you use and share the generated content.

3. Intellectual Property

  • You may use the generated images and videos for personal, non-commercial, and devotional purposes.

  • The underlying AI models are owned by xAI and Replicate. We grant you a limited license to use the output you create.

4. In-App Purchases

Credits purchased are non-refundable except where required by law. You can restore purchases on any device using the same Apple ID or Google account.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.

6. Disclaimer

The App is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee that all generated content will be error-free or suitable for every purpose.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this document from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
